➢ 文法的には二重否定（can’t + nothing）で、本来なら肯定文になりますが、
口語や方言的な強調として使われていて、意味は「強力な闇の魔法以外、箒に干渉できるものはない」という強い否定。 - interfere with ~ = 「〜に干渉する、妨害する」
- powerful Dark Magic = 「強力な闇の魔法」
